The enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, current website if supplied, project type, optional budget and timing, and the details you enter in your message. This information is used to review and reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you choose to proceed, arrange and deliver the requested work. It is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract, to manage genuine business enquiries, and to perform any agreement you enter into.

The form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions to Google Gmail without opening your email app. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Web3Forms states that submission data may be retained for a maximum of three years, or for a shorter period where the plan provides one or it is deleted earlier, and may be processed outside the UK under the safeguards described in its policy. Google processes the delivered email as the inbox provider.

Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted from the business inbox within 12 months. If work proceeds, relevant communications may be kept for longer where needed to deliver the project, maintain financial records, enforce an agreement or resolve a dispute. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. You may ask for access to your personal information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or restrict or object to certain processing. You may also make a data protection complaint using the process below.

If you are concerned about how your personal information has been handled, email [email protected] with the subject "Data protection complaint". Please explain what happened, which information is involved and what you would like to happen. Do not include more personal information than is needed.

Tempany Web Studios will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it. Appropriate steps will then be taken to investigate, you will be kept informed where necessary, and the outcome will be communicated without undue delay.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to wait for this internal process if you prefer to contact the ICO directly.

Website information and prices are indicative until a written scope and fixed quotation are agreed. Founding-client projects start from £399. The standard starting scope is up to five focused pages, mobile-first development, shaped website copy, an enquiry form, basic search setup, launch checks and one organised revision round.

A focused project will usually take 10–14 days after the deposit, agreed content and required account access have been received. This timing depends on prompt client feedback and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 50% is due before work begins and the remaining 50% is due on final approval before launch or handover. Ownership of the final approved website and approved project content transfers after full payment. The client remains responsible for ensuring that supplied text, photographs, logos and other materials may lawfully be used.

Domain registration, hosting, paid licences and third-party services are separate and should be held in the client's own name. E-commerce, booking systems, custom databases, professional photography, full brand design and major scope changes are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation.

Project-specific scope, revisions, responsibilities, cancellation, delays and post-launch support are confirmed in the written proposal or agreement before payment. That project agreement takes priority over this website summary.
